Bottesford Town v Trojans

Bottesford Town 0-4 Trojans

This one saw the return of Rob Worrall from injury and it took him just half an hour to weave his magic with a run from just inside the home sides half where he beat two or three players to cut the ball back to Tomas Poole who opened his body up completely fooling mason Ellender free up space to unleash a curling shot low into the bottom corner giving ‘keeper Jordan Quibell absolutely no chance.

Worral and Poole combined once more at the beginning of the second half with Rob from a freekick knocking a nice reverse pass into Poole when it looked for all the world he was going to toss it in for the big guys up from the back. Tucker did the rest once again finding the opposite bottom corner again giving Quibel no chance.

Former Trojan Mick Jones got himself sent off not long after and from then on in Bottesford had no answer and we added another two goals late on, firstly through Charlie Oglesby who reacted quickest when Jordan Quibel fumbled a Declan Howe shot and Howe managed to get himself on the score sheet with a close range strike three minutes from time.
